Laborde Marcet provides asset management and investment advice to private investors, Family Offices, investment funds and enterprises.
Laborde Marcet was established in 2009 by two entrepreneurs, Miquel Laborde and Gerard Marcet, who had the vision to build an expert asset and investment management firm in Barcelona that could provide reliable and fast real estate advice to investors and brands.
Since then, the business has grown to where it sits today, being a market leader in the commercialization of Retail assets in prime urban areas, and mid to large-size investments in Retail and Building assets. The business has expanded its reach in Spain and has presence across various capital cities.
The business is focused on two key areas:
Retail & High Street:
- Commercializing retail spaces for rental and/or ownership transfer in prime areas of Barcelona such as Paseo de Gracia o Portal de l’Àngel
- Managing the footprint of key brands – identifying optimal prime assets that meet the brand requirements and aspiration
- Managing real estate investments for select asset types, including retail, buildings, land, hotels and other
that offers and guarantees personal service, effective management, professionalism, ethics, and clarity.
We rely on 20 professionals distributed throughout Barcelona’s offices. Meanwhile in Italy, Josas Inmobiliaria has provided us with a team of 10 people. Our real estate success emanates from professional staff, who follow an ethical and business basis.
Investment Consultant (Turkey & Middle East)
After completing her training in important advertising and design agencies, Pinar has acquired valuable experience in wealth management and investments in art and culture.
She has always been linked to the Real Estate due to her family business, a real estate agency based in Istanbul, Turkey. Over the last 5 years, she has exercised commercial and management responsibilities in it, which has increased her network of contacts in the real estate sector.
Currently, she advises several families in the acquisition of real estate assets in order to build lasting value creation through renovations and sale processes. In addition, she manages an important portfolio of clients in their pursuit of obtaining a “Golden Visa”.
She speaks Turkish, French, English and Spanish.
She is a social, hard-working, efficient and transparent person who puts the commercial interests of her clients first.
Retail & High Street Consultant
Anna combines a background in architecture and deep experience in real estate, which enables her to provide fully integrated solutions to customers, including addressing both technical and design-related aspects.
She speaks fluent English, Portuguese and Italian in addition to Spanish and Catalan.
Tomás specializes in investment operations of both Buildings and Retail and has deep expertise in asset valuation. His 15 years of experience in real estate, and consequent market knowledge, enables him to successfully support clients to meet their demands.
He speaks fluent English in addition to Spanish and Catalan.
Ferrán is an expert in identifying and acquiring buildings, retail, hotels, amongst other type of real estate assets – which are catered to each customer needs.
He speaks English in addition to Spanish and Catalan.
Luisa is responsible for office management, customer service and marketing support. She holds an Administrative Management degree and has more than 10 years of experience in the field.
Estela provides advice to private investors and family offices in the sale and/or divestment of real estate assets.
She possesses more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, managing assets and taking commercial responsibilities. Prior to Laborde Marcet, she worked in the construction sector and with a real estate family office
Estela holds a degree in Public Relations and Advertisement, and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

A law graduate and director of a leading consulting firm since 1996, he has created and developed more than 300 networks in his professional career.
Miquel is the co-founder of Laborde Marcet. He has more than 18 years of experience advising customers and managing real estate assets in prime locations. He has helped many clients grow and invest through an extensive network of Spanish and international investors, and companies.
After working as a lawyer, he built international experience in Eastern Europe (Romania, Poland, Hungary) and South America, advising capital strategies of Spanish families and investment funds, and managing hotel investments in Panama and Costa Rica.
Gerard is the co-founder of Laborde Marcet. Through 20 years of experience delivering real estate, legal, tax, and financial advice, to companies and high-net-worth individuals, Gerard provides a holistic view and approach to the real estate business.
Prior to starting this business, he worked for one of the most prestigious Spanish law firms and was responsible of the international business of a large financial services institution. In addition, he has worked for the Spanish Economy Ministry in Singapore and has advised many Spanish companies entering the Chinese market.
Gerard holds a degree in Law and Business Administration, as well as a master’s degree in Tax Management and Finance.
He speaks fluent English, French, Mandarin, Spanish and Catalan.
Adrià has over 12 years of experience in management consulting, start-up and industry across Europe and Asia Pacific.
He was previously a management consultant at A.T. Kearney, where he supported many large corporations and investment funds in Europe and Asia Pacific drive growth, transformations, and managed several merger, acquisition and divestment deals. Deep expertise in Retail, Consumer Goods and Digital.
He graduated in Business Administration from ESADE Business School.
Retail & High Street Consultant
Daniel has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector in Barcelona – being a specialist in residential and retail. He specializes in asset acquisition and has a strong track record of building lasting relationships with his clients. He is also an expert in asset valuations.
Joan has 18 years of experience managing real estate assets and investment operations, with a primary focus on industrial spaces, logistics, retail / commercial, residential and offices. His experience also includes industrial and residential land development.
Joan holds a degree in Business Administration.

Elisabet holds a Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate.
Prior to joining Laborde Marcet, Elisabet worked as a Director of Communications for various companies in the media sector. Currently, she is leveraging this experience and network in the real estate sector.
Elisabet speaks English in addition to Spanish and Catalan.
Amor is a lawyer with more than 25 years of work experience in various well-known multinational firms, managing rentals proceedings, contracts, and other real estate requirements. She provides advice to Laborde Marcet on rental proceedings and contractual work, as well as analyzing investment agreements.
She holds a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona and is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona (Barcelona´s Bar Association) since 1988. Amor specialized in Property & Rental Law, and has an extensive professional career managing litigations, including interpreting/executing the Spanish Urban Tenancy Act.
Paula has more than 15 years of experience in the administrative sector. She holds an Administrative Management Degree and is a well organised, versatile and efficient person – with a strong problem-solving capability and ability to operate under pressure.
On a personal note, Paula likes challenges and is a keen practitioner of extreme sports, especially skydiving.
Paula speaks English and Norwegian, in addition to Spanish and Catalan.

Angela leads the Retail & High Street team.
Prior to joining Laborde Marcet, Angela was as a deputy general management and led the commercial team of a leading real estate agency for several years.
Her commitment and perseverance are the basis to achieve any professional success.
Angela holds a Degree in Business Administration.
Javier holds a Business Administration Degree and has more than 10 years of experience as a finance director and investment advisor in the real estate sector.
He specializes in the acquisition of new clients and client building – enhanced by his genuine touch providing advice.
Being a semi-professional sports person, gives him an extra plus when it comes to being disciplined, organized and handle pressure well. He speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.

Jordi has more than 15 years of work experience managing real estate investments and has led a significant number of buy/sell deals in retail, residential buildings, office spaces, hotels, touristic apartments, and other industrial and commercial assets.

Janette holds a Graduate and Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Marketing and has over 18 years of work experience.
Prior to joining Laborde Marcet, she led the Product team of another leading real estate agency – managing the customer acquisition, marketing and sales of luxury residential properties. She also possesses experience in private banking, controlling (finance) of property/land developments, and managing retail properties.
Janette describes herself as an optimist, perseverant, proactive and dynamic person.
